Downloadable Products

The Downloadable Products category includes such things as computer software, audio & video recording, and PDF versions of books. Unlike tangible products, these items do not incur shipping costs unless you are offering a downloadable and disk version. Limits are normally placed on the number of times the customer can download the product and period this option is available. Downloadable products are normally stored on your web site and are placed their by uploading them to the Media Library.
