Product Categories, Tags & Attributes
Categories are the means by which products are organized in your store. Attributes offer the options that customer select for size, colour, etc. Tags are quick-reference terms that make it easier for customers to find what they are looking for.

Simple Products
Simple products have only one version and no options. These are the easiest to manage and enter in your store.

Variable Products
These products can have multiple variations such as a t-shirt with different sizes, colours, prices and stock levels.

Downloadable
Like Virtual products, Downloadable products are also intangible and include such things as audio recordings, digital books, photos and other file-based products.

Grouped Products
The Grouped Product category makes it easy to combine several items of similar type making it easier for clients to select them. This is a great one to increase sales by offering multiple items in a combined purchase.

External/Affiliate Products
External/Affiliate products are not held in your store inventory but customers can use your store to purchase these items. This would apply where you are acting as an agent for a manufacturer, wholesaler or other entity.

Shipping Zones
Specify the regions to which you are shipping products and the applicable rates.
